Kind of the harlequin bug that the Yokozuna assassin bugs (a yokozuna splinter tortoise, a scientific name: Agriosphodrus dohrni) are classified in harlequin bug eyes (Hemiptera) assassin bug department. Along with オオトビサシガメ, it is the largest kind among assassin bug departments from Japan.

Form

The length of the imago 16-24mm [3] [4]. The color of the body is black with the luster, and the head is slim. The abdominal frog which has a big black speckle toward each gnarl with white opens into a leaf form [5] and I project outside of a feather and warp, and the side cut slightly waves in an abdominal relationship [1]. Habits
