I was born in the Edo 300, Koishikawa slope as a child of 勘定吟味方改役荒井甚之丞 (1770) for Meiwa seven years [¹]. Matsumae prefect was abolished (1821) for civil administration four years, and I was appointed on July 27 by Shinano country Nakanojo, Hanishina-gun chief administrator [²].
