Chotaro Yanase (やなせちょうたろう 1879 〈 1879 >12 15 days a month [1] -1956 year 〈 1956 >6 11 days a month [1]) is a Japanese businessman. I am known as the founder of Yanase Co., Ltd.

Breeding
I am born in Toyookamura, Usui-gun, Gunma (current Takasaki-shi) as the Yanase grandchild flat の eldest son. When ancestors of the Yanases were retainers of the Koshu Takedas, and Takeda group was defeated to fight, I was aboriginal and was in Toyookamura of the one step this side of escape Takasaki as business by agriculture, rice cleaning, carp raising to Gunma [2].
I go to Tokyo alone when I graduate from an elementary school of Toyookamura and go to the Tokyo prefecture high school (the のちの Prefectural one inside). I brought farm products by oneself from Toyookamura of the hometown and I sold to a neighboring person cheaply in front of a rooming house and did it and provided you with school expenses and a room charge, price of a book and I worked my way and graduated [3].
Yanase who graduated from (1904), Tokyo high commercial school (current Hitotsubashi University) in 1904 entered Osaka merchant ship (existing Mitsui O.S.K. Lines) and threw it on MITSUI & Co., Ltd. afterwards.
Businessman
(1915), Yanase became independent from the MITSUI & Co., Ltd. machine part in 1915, and sole distributorship of an import car and import mineral oil was transferred by the company, and received the loan of the factory of 270 tsubos and the store, and similarly Buick and Cadillac that were the establishment, an American car at individual store "Yanase firm" in Tokyo, Hibiya began the United States, import and sales of product made in バルボリン Corporation mineral oil [4]; [5] [6]. Yanase became a director in Japanese Automobile Association established in the same year [7]. I moved the office to Tokyo, the fabrics for kimono bridge two years later and I established company organization, Yanase car Co., Ltd. (car) and Yanase business affairs Co., Ltd. (mineral oil) which became independent according to business in (1920) in 1920 and took office as the president of both companies [8].
However, as for most of the cars which I laid in stock of from the economic big recession, Yanase that hung over the neurosis went out for a trip without being popular to escape with a wife in Europe. (1923), the Great Kanto Earthquake were generated in 1923 when heart and soul, the company were cornered in the last moment. At the time of great disaster, shipped 2,000 cars to order, Yokohama just after an earthquake disaster newly in GM while held a large quantity of stock in spite of Managing Director MITSUI & Co., Ltd. Jotaro Yamamoto who was an independent benefactor and neighboring counterblasts by intuition, "the movement of the person had priority over a thing", and it hit it, and recovered itself for bankruptcy size [1]; [9]. On the contrary, it is said that the person in the same profession who imported trucks had trouble with disposal of the stock [9]. I developed autobus business by the co-funding with the influential person of various parts of Japan after (1924) in 1924 [7]. Established NIPPON GAS car in (1939) in Japanese Fiat, 1939 in (1927) in 1927 and was elected Chairperson Yanase car in (1945) in 1945 [1]; [7]. I stand and put up import Automobile Association (existing Japan car importers' association) in (1952) in 1952 and act as the chairperson [7].

For son Jiro who was sickly by nature, and was stammering, I labelled it as "a failure" and was all hard. "I went to the stupid school of the Keio taste and son, Jiro was unreliable and seemed to be seen to so and so ..." and autocratic Chotaro and let such a father dwell in the emulousness with repulsion since of Jiro was young again. I was in a design to assign to the president from the younger student from the same school of the university at first, but, by large objection of officers, will abdicate in favor of Jiro after all. ,, according to Jiro, "I think that most of my half life were repulsion for father Chotaro and the history of the resistance when I look back."
