Waking to faith

In 1637, Mary Dyer met teacher of religion Ann Hutchinson. Hutchinson preached it with "のだ which God did not let a clergyman go through", and "spoke to directly each individual". Dyer was converted to teaching to be said to be "the principle of of Hutchinson faith supremacy". While any people regardless of age or sex gathered among the Antinomians, I learned that Masanori God in Massachusetts embayment Ueji conflicted with the Bible.

I am ousted and it

In 1638, Mary Dyer and husband William Dyer were ousted from the settlement with Hutchinson and others. One Dyer moved to settlement, Providence of Rhode Island. Because this was because religious liberty was established in Providence by Roger Williams who was already ousted from Massachusetts on the charge of "heretical faith" in the same way in 1636.

Conversion to a Quakers religion

In 1652, Mary Dyer and the husband returned to England with Roger Williams and Jon Clark. Mary was converted into the Quakers religion whom George Fox who was planning to hold it with Hutchinson for several years, and preached very near contents founded (Religious Society of Friends) here. Mary gradually became the preacher of the Quakers religion according to one's faith.

Return to the North America

In 1657, the Dyer married couple came back to Rhode Island. Next year, Mary went to Boston in order to protest a Quakers religion ban established newly, but they were caught tragically and have been ousted. (because husband William was not converted into a Quakers religion, I was not caught.)

The first death sentence

Mary Dyer continued propagating the Quakers religion in New England, but, in 1658, was caught in New Haven (Connecticut). After the release, Mary is caught again toward Massachusetts to visit two Quakers (two people were caught) and will get a punishment of the eternal exile from the settlement. Even a table visited the third to Massachusetts with the group of Quakers who violated laws and ordinances, and Mary was arrested again and received a death sentence. After extremely short trial, two other Quakers have been sentenced to hanging. However, the death penalty of Mary will be performed an amnesty of just before the execution by a husband of Mary having been a friend of governor John Winthrop of here. (because this was not the thing which complied with hope of Mary, and Mary only refused confession and the negation of the Quakers religion.)

The second death sentence and death

Mary Dyer was sent back home forcibly to Rhode Island and played missionary work to Long Island (New York), but she who was reminded conscience of in 1660 came back to Massachusetts to resist an anti-Quakers teaching method law. In spite of the request of her husband, family, Mary refused confession again this time and, on May 31, received a death sentence some other time. And, on the next day (June 1), I was sentenced to hanging by the guilt that continued being a Quaker in Boston Common in Massachusetts.

Will

"No, the words of last moments of Mary demanded that they withdrew the non-fair law that I came to expiate your sinfulness, and was against me (servant) who was innocent of the master, and they never confessed so me.".
