Municipal police of Kanoya-shi, Kagoshima where the Kanoya-shi Police (かのやしけいさつ) ever existed.

Summary

A conventional Kagoshima police part was dismantled, and Kanoya-shi police station was established (1948) on March 7 in 1948.

New Police Act was promulgated in (1954) in 1954. Local police under state control and municipal police are abolished, and the Kagoshima Police headquarters in this way starts newly as the metropolis and districts Police. The Kanoya-shi Police were unified by the Kagoshima Police, too and disappeared.
