Position of the south prefecture

The south prefecture (the all middle of the forehead, Haitian: Sid, シド) is prefecture (depatman) of the southwestern part of Haiti. The prefectural seat レカイ (Okai). The area 2,793 km², population 627,311 people (2002). It faces the Caribbean Sea, and ヴァシュ Island floats to the south off レカイ. There is more Murat traditionally than other areas. I contact with Grand dance prefecture, a prefecture southeastern in a prefecture, the east to nip to the north. Five counties of Okai county, Pau Surrey county, Akan county, co-toe county, the シャドニエ county are put.
