• In December, 1921, I establish it as a shipbuilding social gathering.

• In January, 1942, a shipbuilding control meeting establishes it. A chairperson Koshiro Shiba (former Mitsubishi Heavy Industries's chairperson).
• In December, 1945, it is dissolved by the order of the allied powers general headquarters
• On September 25, 1947, I establish a shipbuilding club
• On August 13, 1948, it becomes the shipbuilding industry society.
• On August 10, 1951, it becomes the Department of Transportation jurisdiction "corporate judicial person Japan shipbuilding industry society".
• On February 3, 2012, the Public Interest Corporation Comission reported it for the Prime Minister saying it "is considerable to admit that I met a standard of the authorization." (the general corporate judicial person) [²].
