With the sacred kitchen (みくり looks a chestnut) "" (God) of + "厨" (kitchen) is the place that performs 調進 of food and wine offered to the gods for will. I originally mean a building.

I exist in Kiryu-shi, Gunma and Higashiosaka-shi, Osaka, Nagano-shi, Nagano. The station called "Mikuriya Station" is in Matsuura-shi, Nagasaki, too.

In the past, there were the cities, towns and villages which named the following "sacred kitchens".
