The Kibi spring (Izumi of the millet, Tenbyo era 15 years (743 years) - Konin five years intercalary July 8 (August 26, 814)) is a noble from early in the Heian era from the Nara era. The Minister of the Right・Makibi Kibinoの child. The office and rank is a Councilor in the original fourth place.

Career
