Kanehira Takatsukasa
Kanehira Takatsukasa (たかつかさかねひら) is a court noble of the middle of Kamakura era. 従一位、Kampaku、Prime Minister。 A father of the Takatsukasas. The popular name 照念院関白 (しょうねんいんかんぱく). Four men of kampaku Iezane Konoe.
It becomes 従二位権大納言兼右近衛大将 (1238) in the Ryakunin first year. I successively hold the Minister of the Right, a Minister of the Left afterwards. I had regency, 藤氏長者宣下 (1252) for Kencho era four years, and I was appointed by Prime Minister. I become a kampaku (1254) for six years. I resigned once, but became a Mr. regency, wisteria central figure again in (1275) in the Kenji first year. I become a priest (1290) for Shoo three years and claim 覚理. Perform a founding of the House of wisdom light in (1294) for Einin era two years, but is 薨去 soon. The job of the regent and the chief adviser to the Emperor included Kanehira for a long time of anteroposterior 23 years.
I am famous as a calligraphist. There is "照念院殿装束抄" to the ancient practices and usages book "a description of House of chanting a prayer to Amitabha kampaku" (description of Prince Kanehira) in a diary. I do 4 首入集 to an anthology of poems collected by Imperial command.
It is thought that "the Imperial Guardsman father of the nobility" appearing in "とはずがたり" which Nijo Gofukakusainno spelled is this Kanehira.
