Inhabitants participation

A case and a system to give the inhabitants a voice about them if it is a matter to be concerned with the interest of the local inhabitants when local, a problem occurs that a public works project is carried out in one of the political science terms with the inhabitants participation (じゅうみんさんか) by a country or a local government. When the government does some kind of decision in an area if this is established, the administrative side is required to hear it if the opinion from local inhabitants exists. When the government moves into action, this becomes one of the important means to let you reflect public opinion.
