With the idealization recognition model (りそうかにんち model, Idealized Cognitive Model; ICM), it is a cognitive linguistic term.

Summary

You do the environment where the word is used for namely cultural custom, social system, background knowledge to a base to understand a certain word and must give meaning to the things which the word shows to a situation. I simplify it and I idealize it and give meaning to the form that we human beings abstract various attributes that the object which a word shows has and are easy to perceive then. The thing which modelled these a series of cognitive processes is an idealization recognition model.
