A pamphlet of the February publication was "a Kanagawa song" placed in "the song of our prefecture" (1931), but the prefectural songs that Kanagawa established first did not spread very much for 1,931 years.
The establishment of "the song of citizen of the prefecture whom a citizen of the prefecture could enjoy singing heartily" was suggested taking advantage of having established Kanagawa chapter (1948) on (Culture Day) on November 3 in 1948 after Pacific War end of (1945) in 1945 and invited public participation for the lyrics than a citizen of the prefecture [2]. As a result, the lyrics that the Murase brilliance of the high school teacher subscribed for were adopted by 1,677 application products [3] and were established through a supplementary product (1950) on April 10 in 1950. A prefecture asked Victor record (existing JVC KENWOOD Victor Entertainment) for composition and the song [2], and the SP record (PR-1047) by the duet of Noriaki Fujii and Akiko Fujiwara was released [1].
The single record (PRB-5030) of the cover by the duet of Koichi Miura and Hamako Watanabe is released in (1966) in 1966 by Victor. The B side of this cover board "Kanagawa where a march is beautiful" of the Yoshimasa Tamura arrangement.
Lyrics
I recover myself from the dilapidation of the prefecture soil by the Pacific War and gather confidence internal and external as a prefecture holding Yokohama Port as the Japanese central station again as sightseeing, 貿易立県 and am one of "the song of citizens of revival" singing determination to build the prefecture where it is peaceful, and culture is rich in in a loud voice [4].
The lyrics existed to the fourth, but the phrase which let the fourth image pollution including "sound "black smoke" of the mallet" was included and directed it to examine the revision of the lyrics in (1968) saying, Governor Bungo Tsuda "was unsuitable for the age" in 1968. As a result, it is a director meeting, and it is decided "I place it in the publications, and it is said that it is to the third when I sing it, and to omit the fourth" and, as for the fourth, is not sung now in an official occasion [3].
