The Georgia colony (Georgia しょくみんち British: Province of Georgia) is one of the southern colonies in U.K. territory North America. It was the last thing in 13 colonies established by the U.K. which became the United States of America later. The territory of the thin obi extended to the Pacific by the original Imperial grant.
I was given in James オグルソープ, and, as for the establishment Imperial grant of the colony, the name was acquired for George II on April 21, 1732 by British King George II. Because オグルソープ made blue law very much, many colony people were not able to agree. オグルソープ considered this colony as the place where a British debtor and "valuable poorman" made a fresh start, but, as for the debtor and the convict, it was not in a part of the organized pioneer of Georgia. Another motive to establish a colony was to say with "the buffering ground" to follow southern part of U.K. territory colony from Spain territory Florida or "a defense place". In addition, there was the purpose to leave the slave who escaped to Florida for freedom as here from South Carolina. オグルソープ assumed that "the formidable farmer" who could follow a border settled and, therefore, prohibited Egyptian bondage by the colony Imperial grant.

Establishment
On February 12, 1733, in オグルソープ, a mountain clove came with first pioneers roughly, and here became savanna City later. It is still celebrated as a day of Georgia on that day. This the village of the crowd of indigenous people claw group; local, but オグルソープ coordinated the eviction of the indigenous people. The purpose of the Georgia colony establishment was to provide the safe home to the debtor, but it was not filled up, and original pioneer, 116 people in the man and woman child were chosen, but this purpose was not included in the debtor and the convict in this.
The original Imperial grant lengthened the area between the Savannah and the アルタマハ river to the water source (a water source of the アルタマハ river is オクマルギー river) of upper reaches as a territory of the colonies and grew west more from "the sea to the sea". Originally the area included in this Imperial grant was a part of the Imperial grant of the calorina colony, and the relations with Georgia were close. South Carolina did not get the control in this area, but, after mountain sea war, an Indian disappeared from the Georgia shore except few villages of the Yamasee defeated by. The Yamasee who stayed came to be called a mountain claw group to distinguish it from still antagonistic Yamasee and creek group in Florida.
Development
British Privy Council completed Imperial grant on June 9, 1732, and trust Committee governed a colony by the annual grant from the assembly for next 20 years. However, I understood that I could not run proprietary colony in trust Committee partly because many problems and オグルソープ left the colony and published the transfer which returned a colony to the Royal Family on June 23, 1752 one year before I cut Imperial grant. On January 7, 1755, Georgia stopped being a trust colony formally and became the Royal Family territory colony.
For 1732 through 1758, small local division included a district and a town. In 1758, the Georgia colony was divided into eight counties, and 4 counties were added more in 1765. In 1777, 8 first counties were founded as Georgia 邦.
Actually, the reclamation of the colony was limited to the around Savannah area. The western part of colony was ruled over until one of American War of Independence by a creek group Indian.
The colonization began at 緩 りとした speed from the first. オグルソープ does not permit alcoholic beverages. It was not allowed for the person from colony to have land more than 200 acres (0.8 km2). Because people came to have dissatisfaction, オグルソープ finally changes a rule, and the growth rate of the colony will quicken.
The Egyptian bondage was accepted from 1749 [1]. There was objection from Scotland in particular to a pioneer inside [2]. However, by the time of the independence war, Georgia was in a condition similar to southern other areas about Egyptian bondage.
In 1802, Georgia transferred the western part territory to Federal Congress. This territory became the Mississippi associate state and became Alabama and Mississippi later (add adjacent land).
