Slow training

The slow training is a kind of the weight training method. I am called "スロトレ". I sprinkle load to muscle in slow movement. For example, such as taking it down slowly while hanging 5 kg of dumbbells advance, ten seconds in two seconds; is worked.

When I am going to lift a heavy thing in fast movement, I often use the reaction of the whole body. I am concentrated in the part that is going to train by the slow training slowly and carefully, and write load and is going to let you work surely by the part.

The slow training mobilizes slow muscle first, and subsequently draw power of a middle line and the fast muscle; is worked. In other words, I can strengthen all muscles by this movement in a good balance. Only fast muscle is strengthened at the weight of the quick movement, but movement may blunt adversely because the training of other muscles does not do it enough.

I perform the movement by once of the slow training while hanging time, but it does not have to handle the number of times approximately the weight in the quick movement and, as a result, finishes it by the training in the short time. In addition, the training of the slow muscle raises a basal metabolic rate and is suitable for combustion of the body fat because it is very effective though I make a firm body.
