Promotion Committee (なりたせんふくせんかすいしんいいんかい) is a committee by the members of the Diet of the double track around Narita Line branch line local government of the Narita Line branch line (Narita Station - Abiko Station interval) that I was founded in (1996) in 1996 to promote becoming it Narita Line double track.

I am constructed in 8 city areas (Abiko-shi, Kashiwa-shi, Shiroi-shi, Inzai-shi, Sakaemachi, Narita-shi, Tone-machi, Kawachi-machi) of Chiba and Ibaraki.

Situation

I pressure East Japan Railway Co. (JR East) to work on it by a degree (2015) 2015 to make it the partial double track of the Narita Line branch line and install "Narita Line and a written notice board in Abiko Station more usefully" and am going to let you develop the petition exercise with the whole area, and a lot of of the user holds dissatisfaction in fewness of the train number, but large-scale increase of the number of, double track does not develop for exercise of making it it.

The JR East side

It faces each other, and a plan of becoming it has happened a double track for a bubble period, and, in JR East, a double track acquires a site for making it it partly in the Araki Station - Fusa Station intervals, but, as for the site, it is in untouched Saraji because the plan died out after a bubble burst. In addition, I am not going to become a double track in future by not being able to anticipate large passenger increase either. It may be said that the dissatisfaction of inhabitants along the line was improved by the increase of the number of trains of the Joban Line through train of Narita Line somewhat.
