対清弁妄
"対清弁妄" (たいしんべんもう) the last writing (March, 1895 publication) of Sei Arao. After Sino-Japanese War, I claimed that Japan should not require territory cession and an indemnification for 清国 [1].

In Arao, the two countries promoted trade each other in the daytime and strengthened the strength of a nation and elaborated a plan when Japan and China cooperated and must be opposed to the aggression of Western powers [2].
