Classification

Quinolone system and the sulfa drug are the synthetic antimicrobial which assumed nucleic acid synthetic inhibition mechanism and are not an antibiotic.

Reactions of drugs

The antibiotics containing the antibiotic are chemical substances indicating the toxicity only to bacteria selectively by acting on a metabolic pathway necessary for bacteria to multiply. For example, the beta-lactam antibiotic obstructs the composition of the cell wall peculiar to bacteria, but hardly shows the toxicity for the cell of the human body.
