Zendoji (ぜんどうじ) is a temple of the Mt. Jodo sect of Buddhism Omoto in Kurume-shi, Fukuoka proper guidance Teramachi. The mountain is Mt. Inoue. The another name of the nobleman who erected a temple is the House of light. The man himself is Amitabha.

History
It is said that I was founded (Kencho era two years) in 1191 by the creator of Saint light holy priest (the valve head), the open basis of Chikugo provincial governor Nagahira Kusano (uncle of 一向俊聖). I claimed Komyo-ji Temple at first, but was changed to Zendoji (Kenpo five years) in 1217.
I was destroyed by fire, but it was revived with faith of Yanagawa feudal lord Tanaka early in the Edo era in the Muromachi era by flames of war. It is made 歓請 東照権現宮 which assumes Ieyasu Tokugawa an enshrined deity in (1616) for Genna two years by Tadamasa Tanaka [1]. It is in "number of the Tanaka Chikugo shogun's daughter who married a retainer family regular Tomoyuki" with "五百石六斗五舛善導寺".
Tanaka became 無嗣断絶 and came to belong to the Kurume feudal clan territory when Chikugo country was divided by Yanagawa feudal clan and the Kurume feudal clan and received protection of Kurume feudal lord Arima and prospered as Kyushu University Motoyama of the Jodo sect of Buddhism. A hall of the erection is left in the very large precincts now in much Edo era.
