Yoshiro Hayashi (はやしよしろう, 1927 (1927) from June 16 to 2017 (2017) February 3 [1]) is a Japanese politician, former member of the House of Representatives of the Liberal Democratic Party position. I successively held the Minister of Health and Welfare of the first Nakasone Cabinet, the Minister of Finance of the Miyazawa remodeling cabinet. In addition, I acted as a friendship hall chairperson in the daytime.

Origin, person
I am from Kibunemachi, Shimonoseki-shi, Yamaguchi. I graduate from the Tokyo University law department via completion, an old system first high school in (1950) in 1950 for Toyoura Junior High School four years. In the same year, I enter a ministry in the Ministry of International Trade and Industry. There are Shohei Kurihara, entry Shoichi (director at Sapporo Ministry of International Trade and Industry, Tosho university graduate) in the entering a ministry same period. In the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, I successively hold Secretary to Minister of International Trade and Industry, Ministry of International Trade and Industry heavy industries station industrial equipment section manager.
I retire from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry in (1969) in 1969. I ran for the 32nd member of the House of Representatives general election of the end of the same year as a successor of Hideo Suto by LDP official recognition from one ward of old Yamaguchi and won for the first time (in the successful same period Ichiro Ozawa, Tsutomu Hata, Seiroku Kajiyama, Keiwa Okuda, Kozo Watanabe, Tamisuke Watanuki, Jun Shiozaki, Yoshiro Mori, Keijiro Murata, Hikaru Matsunaga, Takami Eto, Masaki Nakayama, Koichi Hamada). 11 times of afterward consecutive election. I belong to the Sato group → Tanaka group in the LDP. I join the cabinet as the Minister of Health and Welfare of the first Nakasone Cabinet through economic Vice Minister plan, Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasury, director at LDP accounting department (1982) in 1982. The forest was known as an eminent policy expert in the LDP mainly on an international finance policy. On the other hand, I marked a line with the influential person of the Noboru Takeshita, Shin Kanemaru and others party politician in the Tanaka group partly because it was said that I was from Ministry of International Trade and Industry bureaucracy. Kiichi Miyazawa acts as a secretary general in the faction policy study group "flat river meeting" which I organized transversely and becomes a good understanding person of Miyazawa. I participate in the Nikaido group without sharing an action with the Takeshita, Kanemaru and others on the occasion of a tear for a Tanaka group.
I was defeated by (1989), the 15th member of the House of Councilors ordinary election in 1989 and, for presidential election to choose a successor of the Prime Minister Sosuke Uno who expressed a cabinet resignation en masse as, I got the support of the Miyazawa group from a connection of "the flat river society" and acquired candidacy, 120 votes. It is participated in the Miyazawa group afterwards by the extinction of the Nikaido group. I was appointed as a House of Representatives international peace cooperation special chairperson a House of Representatives tax reform special chairman each in the Miyazawa Cabinet in the Toshiki Kaifu Cabinet.
I take office as the Minister of Finance in (1992), Miyazawa remodeling cabinet in 1992. As an executive of LDP Research Commission on the Tax System, I successively held a small chairperson, Mayor of Select Committee on the Taxation System and maintained influence in LDP tax-like as one of so-called inners afterwards. In addition, a single-seat constituencies proportional representation standing side by side system was introduced and was picked from proportion China block after adjustment with Shinzo Abe afterward.
I am presented with (2000), Grand Cordon of the Order of the Rising Sun in 2000. I did not run for the 43rd member of the House of Representatives general election of (2003) in 2003 and retired myself from the politics.
I die of multiple organ failure (2017) on February 3 in 2017. 89 years old death [1]. On February 14, the Japanese Government adopts that I confer the original third place at a Cabinet meeting [2].

The person of forest is a local celebrity running bus company, Sanden Kotsu to develop around soy sauce brewing, Otsu shop (Shimonoseki-shi) and Shimonoseki-shi becoming the establishment of a business in the Kyoho year.
