Earl the second Lytton Victor アレグザンダー George Robert Bulwer = Lytton (British: for Victor Alexander George Robert Bulwer-Lytton, 2nd Earl of Lytton, from August 9, 1876 to October 25, 1947) is a British politician, the Indian governor-general. In Japan, I am known as "Sir Lytton" who acted as the head of the Lytton investigating group which the League of Nations dispatched for an investigation into Manchurian Incident.

Career

Robert Bulwer = Lytton of father was born in India for the term in office that was governor-general (vice-king) of the U.K. territory Indian Empire (from 1876 to 1880). In addition, father was made Earl first Lytton after the governor-general retirement in India in 1880. I graduate from Cambridge University trinity college via Eton College [1]. After having piled up carriers in an admiralty, I successively held an Indian vice minister-saving, Governor-General Bengal (from 1922 to 1927), and the governor-general worked from 1925 through 1926 in India temporariness, too.

I handle many duties afterwards in India, Asia. One of many duties is Lytton investigating group, but, in fact, is not known very much in the own country. Rather I am known on novel "Pompeii last day" because a thing and the wife who are a grandchild of famous writer Edward Bulwer-Lytton were ex-lover Pamela of Winston Churchill (Pamela Chichele-Plowden). Older sister Betty (from 1867 to 1942) married the second Balfour earl (younger brother of first Balfour earl Arthur Balfour that is famous for Balfour Declaration).

In 1933 the Order of the Garter 受勲 [2].

In addition, it was a supporter of the Frederick Mathias Alexander of the Alexander technique founder.
