Summary
It begins in most of the party organization at the time, the cells having resisted it for "the party member re-registration" that the Satomi Hakamada center committee who avoided a mere one arrest directed for spy disclosure after "a spy inquiry case" of December, 1933 in an opportunity of the majority establishment. In March, 1934, the party fraction in Isamu Miyauchi and others "all National Peasant Union denominations" (farmer group affiliated with the Communist Party) got support of the federation of Japanese person without property consumers' cooperative society (無消) center fraction led by Osamu Yamamoto and announced the written "statement of the Japanese Communist Party △△×× cell meeting" of Miyauchi and announced criticism to the party center. They thought about the confusion of the party since last year and deviation of the instruction with the provocation of the spy molecules which lodged themselves in the party center and concluded Hakamada who remained alone in central part to be a spy and they held "center recapture whole country convention" on May 20 and formed "majority" sect.
Most of the party organizations where it barely remained at the time of the party fraction in all 無消, National Peasant Union denominations and a local organization of Kansai in this sect concentrated it. I criticized that I forced the policy and measured the rebuilding of the popular movement led by all National Peasant Union denominations after having respected intention of the lower part, but I hung it in November from October, and a Miyauchi, Yamamoto and others central activist was arrested all at once in the whole country and one, the Comintern lasted for twice in October and August, 1935, the following day and criticized the majority as a "person of party disturbance" "person of party division", and, in the majority, a party sent the statement (by the Sanzo Nosaka writing) for being dissolved promptly to the substructure for ideas of rulers bottoms. Because the expectation of the majority for the Comintern which proposed the antifascism popular front tactics in the seventh meeting of July of the year was big, behind-bars Miyauchi knew this statement and was discouraged. While the Yoshimi light ordinary Kuniya storehouse of the Kansai district committee where I remained in required left dissatisfaction, I gave "a dismantling resolution" on September 20, 1935, and, according to criticism of the Comintern, the majority was dissolved.
Significance
The exercise of "the majority" was exercise to aim at the rebuilding of the Japanese Communist Party in a fact from the substructure, but the Comintern supported the leadership of the party center organization to the last like time of "the National Council of Workers' Unions of Japan complete reform alliance" that refused a reckless armament policy of the Communist Party, and the sect organization concluded with a thing by the division work of the police one-sidedly. This decision is long afterwards and will establish a wrong evaluation, "the majority is a provocative antagonistic sect", and there was not the thing that Isamu Miyauchi returns to the Communist Party even if it becomes after the war.
