The commercial registration method (しょうぎょうとうきほう, July 9, 1963 law 125th) is one of the Japanese laws and ordinances. It is a law written about the matter or other procedures that you should register by the commercial law and the rule of the company law. A rule is established about the details of the procedure.

I cannot establish the companies in conformity with this law when I do not register it. A judicial scrivener can conduct affairs about application and the consultation of the registration.
