Tetsuo Machii
Tetsuo Machii (I wait and am Tetsuo, from August 22, 1935 to October 4, 2004) is Japan Rugby Football Union (following, Japan Rugby Football Union) the eleventh chairperson, former TOSHIBA's vice-president.
