Tetrahydroxynaphthalene reductase (tetrahydroxynaphthalene reductase) is an oxidation-reduction enzyme catalyzing the next chemical reaction.

シタロン + NADP+ 1,3,6,8-tetrahydroxynaphthalene + NADPH + H+

According to the equation, as for the substrate of this enzyme, シタロン and NADP+, a product are 1,3,6,8-tetrahydroxynaphthalene and NADPH and H+.

The organization name is scytalone:NADP+δ5-oxidoreductase.
