Syosanbetsu-mura (different irregularity not to deal with) is Northwest Hokkaido, a village in the Rumoi jurisdiction central part.
The origin of the name of a village from "so sun ペツ" (the river which a waterfall goes down) of the Ainu.

History
- It is de-centralized village, Syosanbetsu-mura, Tomamae-gun from the - Haboro, Tomamae-gun village (existing Haboro-cho) on June 7, 1900
- It is independence, Syosanbetsu-mura town office from the town office of the - Haboro village for 1,901 years

The main industry is fishery. There are agriculture and the dairy farming, too and starts 新規就農者支援事業 in 2006.
