Summary
As for the new product of the flatcar, Tiki 2600 form was produced soon after the war, but there was not the new product and was produced by the remodeling from a surplus car except a part after it, and a flatcar made was yet used for the wartime, and the modernization of the flatcar was late for prewar days such as the Chisa 100 form, Tiki 1500 form, Tiki 3000 form, Tiki 4000 form in comparison with other freight trains even if it was in the 1970s and was not able to deny deterioration, obsolescence. It is this procedure to have been made newly after an interval of 29 years to rearrange these, and to plan the modernization of the flatcar.
As for these procedures, 150 cars (Tiki 7000 - Tiki 7149) were produced as the third debt vehicle in Nippon Sharyo, Ltd., Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in 1974, but, with financial aggravation of Japanese National Railways, production was canceled in the single year. I shifted to the Tiki 6000 form who remodeled the surplus car of the コキ 5500 form in (1977) in increase detailed は 1977 of the next.
Structure
I adopt the large body of car 13,900mm in length introduced in Tiki 2700 form made in 1962 (1962), and load is 35t. The floor says that it is made of wood in consideration of prevention of rolling and versatility, and the processing with the preservative is accomplished. The brake system and the cart follow Toki 25000 形最終増備車 (オトキ 29400 - オトキ 29499) produced for the same period, and the cart assumes it ARSD method product sky brakes on TR213B-1 form, brakes and is the both sides brake which adopted product made in brakes cylinder rubber diamond Fulham.
The self-respect is 16.0t, and the conversion dual number is product car 4.0, empty 1.6.
The change of the use, present situation
Because these procedures were the vehicles that Japanese National Railways was produced at the time of the financial difficulty, I did not become mass-produced in earnest. I was used as a general-purpose flatcar after the completion in each place of the whole country, but when it was in last years of Japanese National Railways, the freight train using the flatcar was gradually rearranged for trucking, and a surplus car occurred to a flatcar, and this form was not an exception, and most became the surplus junk car.
I was succeeded on the occasion of Japanese National Railways division and privatization of April (1987) in 1987 by Hokkaido Railway Co. (Hokkaido Railway), East Japan Railway Co. (JR East), West Japan Railway Co. (West Japan Railway), Kyushu Railway Co. (Kyushu Railway Company), Japan Freight Railway Co. (JR freight).
Ten cars were registered at 12 cars, JR freight in two cars, West Japan Railway in JR East as of (2010) in 2010, but it is a junk car (2011) on March 12 in 2011 because the JR East position vehicle suffered from the Great East Japan Earthquake [1]. The vehicle belonging to the passenger rail company is used for (rail transportation) that it is for business.
