Japan Asia Group Co., Ltd. (にほん Asia group) is a pure holding company establishing the head office in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. I hold approximately 80 consolidated subsidiaries in the affiliation with group and develop space information consulting business, green property business and green energy business, financial service business.
I performed the organization reorganization in the group which made Kokusai Kogyo Holdings Co., Ltd. of the affiliated middle holding company its subsidiary by a stock swap on April 1, 2012. I gathered a holding company function, and Japan Asia Group Co., Ltd. in this way reorganized it in the system which summarized the business of all the groups.
It merged middle holding company, and it was the current system after having transferred Japanese Asia Holdings Co., Ltd. which was a middle holding company and subsidiary management business of Kokusai Kogyo Holdings Co., Ltd. to Japanese Asia securities Co., Ltd. and KOKUSAI KOGYO Co., Ltd. on July 1, 2015.
I aim at the realization of "green community - sustainable society ..." made with a person and the town which is kind to the earth which are strong in a disaster, and do not hang load in the global environment with low carbon by local coherence by building a base supporting a safe reliable living.

I carry out the procurement of the investing and financing fund by the composition sale of financial products through collaboration, the cooperation with other financial institutions by domestic and foreign capital markets and an original network to plan plan drafting and the execution of the new business including the renewable energy business mainly on the photovoltaic power generation, business expansion in cooperation with three business while achieving the social mission of the financial service company, and to contribute to Japan and Asian growth.
