History
It was located in former Washinomiya-cho (2010) until March 22 in 2010. "Looked after me, and the administrative name of a street of "Washinomiya" read saying I hate it", but this station name "only me" read (in Tobu Isesaki Line Washinomiya Station, like).
- I gather the freight handling of - outskirts 4 Station (1981) on April 15 in 1981 and practice medicine as a freight station of the Japanese National Railways (Japanese National Railways).
- It becomes - traveler business start, the general station (1982) on June 23 in 1982. Five morning up and five descents of the evening train did not stop at the time of the opening of business, but this state dissolved in time schedule revision performed approximately five months later.
- It becomes - freight business abolition, the passenger station (1986) on November 1 in 1986.
- It becomes the JR East station by - Japanese National Railways division and privatization (1987) on April 1 in 1987.
- - chip card Suica service starts (2001) on November 18 in 2001.
- 2016(Heisei28 years)
- The window business end [1] of February 20 - green [2].
- A station of the JR freight is established by the time schedule revision of this - day on March 26, and freight business reopens.
Station structure
Both up and down lines have simple system home two 2 line located in the track west. But an up line is the special structure of the elevated home one 1 line home one 1 line above the ground the down line. A Suica-adaptive automatic ticket gate, reserved seat ticket vendor is installed.
I started the service of the multifunctional restroom on March 25, 2009 and started an elevator and the service of the escalator on March 20, 2010.
It was set up to establish a freight station and the maintenance of tracks base of the Tohoku Shinkansen on this ground. Because I go up it, and only the main line became the high shelf that a maintenance of tracks base is provided along with a traveler, a freight station and that a diverging goods line goes up it and does not do a trouble to the main line from the down main line, it is in such a special structure. It is a station, but the stop train of the elevated home (the up) confirms 信号現示 of the second home signal not a starting signal, and the climb departs because there are the main line and the divergence (the third home signal) of the goods line (increase line) on the Tokyo side. After having been over divergence, there is one upbound starting signal.
The freight station was abolished just before privatization of Japanese National Railways, and the yard of the very large freight station was the situation that I entrusted if I went to ruin for a long time. The ruins were finally sold, and I was maintained again, but the horizon transference of the upbound overhead wire was seen off conversion in station square rotary and the residential area to entail a great cost. I receive a move and re-maintenance to the sale of freight station ruins and retain the maintenance of tracks base of the Tohoku Shinkansen, but, for site reduction, switchback of the twice is necessary for an approach from Tohoku Shinkansen Main Line (Washinomiya signal box) on the viaduct which was next to an increase line (baggage delivery line from the narrow gauge line) of the standard gauge established between Kuki Station and our station.
In the maintenance of tracks base (freight yard), there was import of freight giving and receiving of TOBU Railway and the first grade transportation for TOBU Railway (including some Teito Rapid Transit Authority (existing Tokyo subway)) until September, 2003, but a work train extremely rarely introduces it after carriage of goods of TOBU Railway was abolished. A connecting line with Tobu Kuki Station is removed after the freight abolition of TOBU Railway and becomes the import from the Kumagaya freight terminal station as well as a going up to Tokyo line about the first grade transportation and carries it in from Hanyu Station via Chichibu rail line (the going up to Tokyo line carries it in from Yorii Station via Chichibu Railway from the Kumagaya freight terminal station). In addition, as for the vehicle import for Eidan Hibiya Line, a high shelf in Koshigaya-shi of TOBU Railway is canceled concerning becoming it early.
I would perform the freight handling (as for the outward trip in from Sagami freight station [3], 返空 [4] for the Kaji ヶ valley freight terminal station) of the rail transportation although being irregular and, by time schedule revision of 2016, became the car handling freight handling station of the JR freight afterwards [5]. Freight business was in this way reopened after an interval of approximately 30 years.
On the upbound elevated track lower side with the maintenance of tracks base for Shinkansen use and the old line (with the setting that comprise Shinkansen use and an overhead wire pillar for the old line, a radio overhead wire, the track).
The beginning of passenger business start had few trains which stopped.
