Hatsuhisa Takashima (たかしまはつひさ, September 1, 1940 -) is a Japanese international broadcasting ex-President. NHK commentary chairperson, the successive occupation including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs minister's secretariat press secretary for foreign affairs.

Gakushuin University politics and economics department politics subject is a graduate via Tokyo Gakugei University attached high school.

NHK Era

In 1963 after the graduation from university, I enter NHK and become a newsman. It is press bureau foreign desk via Takamatsu broadcasting station from 1968. I experience correspondent of Saigon bureau (1972 through 1973), correspondent of Washington bureau (1974 through 1978, twice from 1982 through 1984), London Branch Chief (1984 through 1988). During this time, I was engaged in the plan production such as special feature programs.

I successively hold press bureau international director in 1988. I became the chief editor (main caster) of "NHK news 21" from 1990 and performed regularly on the Class same order. I am promoted with a broadcast total station special chief editor (director service), commentary chairperson in news chief of the bureau, plan chief of the bureau overseas from 1992, 1996 and retire from 1991 in 2000.

NHK resignation post

I take office as United Nations Information Centers (UNIC) director in September, 2000. Furthermore, for three years from August, 2002, I acted as Ministry of Foreign Affairs press secretary for foreign affairs as a private citizen. I handed over the said occupation to Katsuaki Katori from August, 2005, and oneself became a Ministry of Foreign Affairs advisor.

I take office as Gakushuin University law department special guest professor from 2006. NHK invested from September, 2008 and acted as the president of the international broadcasting that was established in April of the year to plan the reinforcement of the field of international broadcasting in Japan.
