Outline
In 1946, 11 judges of each country gather in Tokyo. It is judges who were chosen among each country to judge Japanese war crimes, but it should have easily sold by a crime by the aggression established with Nuremberg trial at first, but a discussion fights the generation when Japan invaded it was in the past when a law is established.
