Do you know the bigo?

The TV drama that I knew the bigo, or (or I know the bigo) was televised by Japan and coproduction of France in 1982. I was televised in Japan in from 20:00 to 22:00 of NHK synthesis TV on October 9, 1982. The title in France "Le Kimono Rouge" ("red clothing").

Summary

I drew George Bigot who was active as a cartoonist as NHK and the first coproduction drama of France アンテンヌ 2 in [1], Japan of the Meiji era as a chief character (1982 when this product was televised was the visit to Japan 100th anniversary of the bigo). The TV saga that after all assumed Meiji the stage was in "the times of the lion", and, as the cast, in the Japanese side, well-known people such as Nicolas Bataille who was a director were appointed as Bunta Sugawara [1] who played one of the leading role [2], the France side in "general SHOGUN" two years before a Yoko Shimada shop with the international popularity.

The audience rating in Japan was "around 13%" [3]. I am televised again once afterwards. Re-broadcast is not accomplished because of the badness of the audience rating at the time of the first broadcast in France until today. It is said that there were circumstances televised in the time when there are few audiences by the consideration to the elderly audience that a sense of fear for Japan was planted at the time of Buddha mark stationing during World War II in this background.

Outline

The bigo is charmed a French young painter in the 1880s at time by a Japanese ukiyoe print. It grows on, and the bigo makes a voyage to Japan at last. I make friends with a man of the same generation called Sentaro and have you tell Japan in various ways. However, the Japanese society has already pursued westernization, the modernization apart from the world of the ukiyoe print. The bigo meets a man called Ikichi who finally remained an ukiyoe artist in a downtown area of Tokyo and begins a guide, the ascetic practices of the ukiyoe print in form such as the gate crashing. Ikichi did not have a wife anymore, and there was a daughter not to compromise. The picture of Ikichi did not sell as expected and sold the body in おれんは red light district. When the bigo is not broken, I become close and get to know Chomin Nakae of the person of movement for democratic rights….
