関定 (せきさだむ) from Kamiukena-gun pipe straight village (current Kumakogen-cho, Kamiukena-gun) opens a Japanese-Western style paper shop (1908) in Matsuyama-shi in 1908, and simultaneous operation starts Seki Kazuhiro paper print region of the printing business at 1, Kayamachi, Matsuyama-shi in (1912) in 1912.
