The export of the coffee was 119,320 tons a year until 1989, but it was the main reason [4], and the first Congo civil war carried out from 1997 through 1998 decreased rapidly for 1994–2003 period [5]; [4]. It occurred at the same time that coffee wilt disease spread in plural areas [5]. With the end of the civil war, the coffee amount of production improved to 40,000 tons (2003) from 32,000 tons (2002) after peace agreement signed in December, 2002 [3]. I proposed a revival plan of the coffee industry titled "a 2011-2015 one-year term coffee production revival strategy document", and, in 2012, the government included the subsidy budget for 1 million U.S. dollars. It was anticipated that I increased coffee to 120,000 tons in 2015 by carrying out this plan [4]. A coffee industry reconstruction aid area is State of eastern part where an arabica class is cultivated for State of バンドゥンドゥ, approximately 700 hectares that 8 areas of the south Kivu state, Rob studio seed are cultivated [4].
