Katsuji Utsumi
Katsuji Utsumi (うつみかつじ, 1887 (1887) from January to 1967 (1967) December 16) is Japanese businessman, member of the House of Lords, baron, 従三位. Fairness meeting position.
Career
I am born in Tokyo as a child of baron, Tadakatsu Utsumi. I am a graduate from a Keio University part politics department in 1912. After 1919, I successively hold inland sea chemical research director, association of invention, Institute of nation industry, Keio school organized by contributions councilor and become Tokyo civil affair district court negotiation committee member.
In January, 1905, it is 襲爵 in barons with the death of father. In May, 1946, I am picked by Representative Baron House of Peers and hold the office (1947) until May in 1947 when the House of Peers was abolished.
