Celiprolol (Celiprolol) is one of sympathetic nerve β receptor blockades to use for treatment of the high blood pressure. I work as a blocker for the beta 1 receptor (English version), but work as partial agonist for the beta 2 receptor (English version). I have weak α 2 receptor (English version) block action. Brand name セレクトール.

Contraindicated

• Diabetic ketoacidosis, patient with metabolic acidosis
• High bradycardia (remarkable sinus bradycardia), bedroom affairs block (II, grade III), sinoatrial block, patient with the sinus imperfection syndrome

• Congestive heart failure, patient with right heart failure due to the pulmonary hypertension
• Patient of the untreated phaeochromocytoma
• A pregnant woman or the woman who may be pregnant
• It is a patient with a history of the past of hypersensitivity for a preparation ingredient

Side effect

Clinical study
