程志遠 (I cannot give it) is the Republic of China, an officer of the Manchurian country. I belonged to Beijing government, 奉天派 and participated in the Manchurian country later. The character is 銘閣.

事績

I learn it in (name of an era in the Republic of China ten years), Tosan army learning the military arts temple-saving in 1921. I am promoted as a member of 奉天派 after graduation and become manager of (name of an era in the Republic of China 15 years), cavalry soldier eighth corps in 1926. In the next year, I became the Tohoku 17th teacher fifth trip trip head. I move in (name of an era in the Republic of China 17 years), the cavalry soldier second trip trip head in 1928. It became (name of an era in the Republic of China 19 years), 中東鉄路護路哈満副司令 in 1930. I receive the secession of the Mt. horse fortune-teller (the Datong first year) in April in 1932 of Manchurian Kuniken Kunashiri, and 程志遠 takes office as the Heilungjiang province head of the successor and holds an additional post of the Heilungjiang guard commander. I resigned the head-saving and a guard commander-saving saying that the Mt. horse fortune-teller subjugation was completed in August of the year and moved to a Councilor prefecture Councilor. ^[1][²] [³]

However, 程志遠 submits the resignation to a Councilor early on December 9 only four months later after I move [⁴]. In fact, there was a big case in the background of this resignation. 程 gave the subordinate who visited the place an order for firing without knowing the circumstances suddenly for firing, 趙 which was going to escape for 趙仲仁 of the Manchurian country Kyowa meeting director who visited the own residence, and, on December 7, 程 has killed 趙 at last. 程 was prosecuted, but it was judged a psychiatric test that "the mind loss was in a state" and looked good and was acquitted. News regulation is canceled (Datong two years) in May in 1933, the following day and, for more information about a case, becomes clear. According to the statement of emitted 司法大臣馮涵清, 程 seemed to be accommodated on this occasion to the mental hospital to isolate it from the society [⁵]. It was disclosed by Kazue Shinagawa of the acting Manchurian country inspection director saying that I embezzled property 120,000 of 270,000 yuan of the Mt. horse fortune-teller just after that [⁶].

The whereabouts of 程志遠 are unclear afterwards.
