ㅟ Oh, one of the vowel sound fonts of printing type to constitute the Hangul Alphabet. The name we (위). It is a synthetic font of printing type that made in combination font of printing type ㅜ and ㅣ. Originally it was monophthong, but is often pronounced in a diphthong now.

Sound

A sound to occur when I attuned /ㅣ/[i] from a posture of vowel sound /ㅜ/[u].
