The authority of Kita-1-jo Miyanosawa (きたいちじょうみやのさわどおり) is Sapporo area city planning road reaching Teine-ku, Sapporo-shi from Hokkaido Chuo-ku. A part of the route is appointed in National highway No. 230, Hokkaido way 124 Miyanosawa Kita-1-jo Line, the main municipal road 9902 south Article 19 Miyanosawa line.

Geography

• National highway No. 230, the prefectural road 124 designation section almost do 西進 by a straight line from the starting point. This neighborhood is called by the popular name of "the authority of Kita-1-jo", and the outskirts are dotted with the culture facilities such as Hokkaido Prefectural Museum of Modern Art or the hall of the Sapporo art culture. As for approximately 500m from the starting point to the west eight orders eye level intersection, width is wide with approximately 36m by the remains which were a circumference road of the Bureau of Development central government office building early in the Meiji era [¹]. It becomes the municipal road after having parted from 124 on the way and does 西進, and it is main municipal road 9902 from the authority of loop point of intersection. I change the direction from the neighborhood of Hokkaido major shrine northwest while drawing a slow curve. This neighborhood is Maruyama, the foot of a mountain of the triangle mountain, and there is ups and downs. Across the Kotoni Hassamu River, it becomes the uphill slope again when I pass through the city area of Nishino and passes through the bottom of Miyaoka Park in a tunnel. I go down the residential area of Miyanosawa and pass through the bottom of the label barrel Expressway and reach the terminal.

The ups and downs from forest Article 3 11 of the Nishi-ku shrine to Yamanote, Nishi-ku Article 4 11 is in particular big. The nickname of "the Los Angeles street" is touched by a hometown mall saying that the state that a large road repeats a descent, the up harks back to cityscape of Los Angeles.
• As previously described, they are piled up in Hokkaido way 124 Miyanosawa Kita-1-jo Line, main municipal road 9902 south Article 19 Miyanosawa line and part section, but even inhabitants along the line may be recognized by a wrong name because a route name resembles it.
