The seventh モビルスーツ (MS) of the say bar series developed by a development team "say bar team" of secret society イルミナーティ. The design was pushed forward from the old federal government era, but was developed without being aimed for official deployment; was ambitious. The ninth body of the say bar series used in イルミナーティ. A clear name is set in the say bar series alone.
Because I pursued a high kinesis in the space as well as G say bar, only minimum armor is given. Variable モビルスーツ of the settlement nation assembly forces appearing in "G-SAVIOUR" for game.
議会軍の新型MSにして「プロジェクト・レイブン」の核となる黒い機体。既存のMSはおろかG3セイバーすら遥かに越えた高性能を誇る。武器はビーム砲とビームサーベル・ビームシールドの兼用兵装で、飛行形態に変型して機体前面にビームバリアーを張ることもできる。また、飛行形態の航続時間を延長するための専用ブースターも存在する。飛行時などは広げた翼から赤とピンクのビームの様な光が噴射される表現がされている。
パイロットはグレムリーシープ隊隊長のライシスであるが、ゲームの主人公であるリード・フォックスの教え子であったレイス・パトリックに酷似した操縦を行い、たびたびリードのことを知っているかのような素振りをするなど不可解な点が多い。その後、劇中ではレイスは死亡済みであることが示唆され、それに加えてレイブンはコックピットが被弾してもなお「バグを消去」してさらに戦闘を継続したため、当機の搭乗者のライシスはレイスを元にしたMWのシステム上の人格であると思われるが、詳しい真相は不明である。なお、リードはその状況を見て「MWレイブン」と呼んでいた。

劇中では既にセツルメントと呼ばれているスペースコロニーの一つ、サイド8ガイアに自衛用として配備されたモビルスーツ。宇宙世紀210年代地球連邦軍最末期の主力MSで、作中では既に設計から30年以上経った旧型機である。
白兵戦用の武装ビームサーベルはジムと同じく背中に一本のみ装備されている。
連邦崩壊後、各セツルメントへ払い下げられたが、ガイアに配備されている機体は本来搭載されていた筈のビームシールドが実体型シールドになっている上に、白兵戦用の武装ビームサーベルが装備されていない機体や別機体のパーツを移設したためか肩パーツの色が違う機体もある状態であった。なお、設定画では白と紺色を基調とした配色だが、本編では緑を基調に胴体を赤で塗られた機体が登場している。
後のセイバーシリーズの原型機であるFセイバーはこのMSがベースとなっている。特に特徴的な腹部の蛇腹状スパイン構造はGセイバーにも受け継がれている。
- 劇中の活躍
- 主人公マーク・カランの提案により、議会軍の最後勧告を無視する形で先制攻撃を行うものの、議会軍の最新鋭機のレイ及び無人仕様のMWレイに対しては全くの無力で、パイロット錬度の低さもあって劇中では一方的に撃破され続けた。
