Alex オノルド (Alex Honnold, August 17, 1985 -) is American rock climber / freak Reimer. I am known for the free climbing of the big wall. I have mountain traversing record (2014) of fastest climbing record (2012) of the nose of the L captain [¹] [²] and Fitz Roy of Patagonia [³] [⁴].

Career

CaliforniaSacramentoA native place. I began climbing at the age of 10 years old [⁵]. I graduated from Myra Rome high school with excellent results (GPA 4.7) [⁶] and entered the University of California, Berkeley. I quit a university at 19 years old and devote myself to climbing while after that continuing living a life with the station wagon.

I won the Golden piton prize that a climbing magazine presided over in 2010 [⁷]. In November, 2011, I climbed the nose of the Yosemite National Park L captain with Hans florin in two hours 37 minutes 30 seconds, but did not extend to the most shorthand notes at the time for 45 seconds [⁸]. In June, 2012, the following day, challenged it again, and established the most shorthand notes of two hours 23 minutes 46 seconds [¹]; [²]. Succeeded in complete mountain traversing of Fitz Roy of Patagonia with Tommy Caldwell in February, 2014, and won ピオレドール prize [⁹]; [¹⁰].
