It is one of the Romanesque derived from Latin talked to in the ワロン district of Belgium and a northern French part, and Wallon (ワロン Wallon: Walon British: Walloon language) is a language of the oil linguistic stock.
The population to speak Wallon is said to be approximately 600,000 people.

Use area
It is talked mainly in State of of the ワロン area Liege, State of Namur, bra van ワロン state, State of Luxembourg, Hainaut state. In Hainaut state near the French border, State of Namur, the State of Luxembourg, there are many speakers of French dialects, too. But the Belgian official language is Dutch, French, German, and Wallon is not an official language.
