AQUOS PHONE Xx 203SH (lye male phone Double X knee Marusan S H) is the third .9 generations mobile communication system (SoftBank 4G) terminal of SoftBank Mobile developed by Sharp. One of the SoftBank smartphone series. The OS is equipped with Android 4.1.

Summary

A flagship model of SoftBank spring. The hardware specifications almost follow AQUOS PHONE ZETA SH-02E of NTT DOCOMO which is brothers model, but there is only late departure, and various improvement is put including lightweighting.

With a succeeding model of 106SH, improvement, the OS are Android 4.1 to 1.5GHz quad core CPU +2GB RAM. 16,300,000 pixels of backside-illumination type CMOS camera deployment.

It supports NFC as a function added newly from 106SH and is going to cope with settlement service using the NFC more. But the microSIM card is not available to current things, and it is necessary to reissue it to an NFC thing for cooperation in the case of a model change to 203SH.

The main display was going to assume it SuperCG silicon at first, but, in consideration of the durability of the battery, was changed to the IGZO liquid crystal [1]. Even a remarkable smartphone market of the growth is full of the specifications changes after the announcement and is exceptional.

There is slightly less battery capacity than 2320mAh of SH-02E in 2200mAh. But further energy saving is largely postponed till consecutive call time thanks to becoming it. This model cannot remove the battery like SH-02E and PANTONE 6 200SH, too (the battery exchange becomes handled as charged repair).

It is largely lightweighted in comparison with SH-02E (and in consideration of battery capacity having decreased) (106SH of the predecessors in the family line model and about the same weight).

I comprise a home button nearer the lower front left and can perform the display lighting from a sleep state easily. By the way, this button serves as the familiar quick start key at Android terminal for SoftBank Mobile of the company.

It is the rectangle that is simple seeing from the front, but the complicated form that put a slow curve together about the rear from the side is.
