It is located at the Mt. Washibetsu (Murorandake) foot of a mountain and becomes the starting point of a mountain climb to the mountaintop. There are a campground, an exercise open space, a playground equipment open space, a bandstand, a park golf course, a tennis court in the park and installs staying training facilities (SunPower 380).
