Medicine-maru Kanefumi

Medicine-maru Kanefumi (serve as a circle to envy, and step Kaei era three years (1850) - 1914 (1914)) is Satsuma clansman of the late Tokugawa period; a fencer. 第十一代薬丸自顕流宗家. A son has medicine-maru Kenkichi.

Career

I learn 薬丸自顕流 than father medicine-maru Kaneyoshi (Hanzaemon Yakumaru). Followed for 2-3 years and continued only 打 ちの lesson including ascetic practices than 7 years old. Anecdote

• A younger sister was to transfer a pebble from one bamboo tube into other bamboo tubes, but only the number that touched Tachiki in boyhood let you often purchased the younger sister and put most stone than a fact. However, it is said that one day it comes out and received a great sermon than father medicine-maru Kaneyoshi. Father medicine-maru Kaneyoshi was a very strict person and attached a lesson to Kanefumi every day in a room on a rainy day. Therefore it is said that the ceiling and the wall were full of holes.
• Kanefumi was said to have been a quiet person, and it was not said that I took the hand of the direct pupil and tell me. It is said that "that is good always beats" to hear a 打 ちの sound from the room, and it is said, "a hand does not put it away", and とか taught it.
• When Kanefumi instructed it, it is said that the lesson clothes of pupils were pants and the shirts which took off a jacket. It is said that the practice wear may wear what like a manifestation style in 薬丸自顕流. But I decided to wear a hakama when I practiced it in front of a noble person.
