Asian highway Route 7 is one of the roads of the Asian highway. I assume Karachi, Pakistan a terminal starting from Ekaterinburg, Russia. The total extension passes Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan at 5,868km.
Asian highway Route 7 shares a section of number 100km from Kazakh メルケ () to Kyrgyz カラバルタ with Asian highway Route 5. When Asian highway Route 7 moves to Kandahar in Asian highway Route 1 in Afghanistani capital Kabul although I break off once, I can go again to Karachi on Asia highway Route 7.
According to the document of the highway project of 2002 in Asia, all Route 7 paves it and will be completed, and section of 72km of Kyrgyzstan and section of Tajik 83km are unpaved.
