Constantine Benckendorff
Earl Constantine フリストフォロヴィチ Benckendorff (Russian :Константи́нХристофо́ровичБенкендо́рф) or Constantin phone Benckendorff (German :Konstantin von Benckendorff, from January 31, 1785 to August 6, 1828) is a Russian officer, diplomat.
