Hirokazu Kawakatsu (Hirokazu sharing it) is a direct feudatory of a shogun of the last part of Edo era. The 12s present head of a household of the Shu style Kawakatsus (the head family). After the Meiji Restoration, I became Tokyo prefecture councillor. The name may be written down with "Koichi".

Life

I was born in Edo as (1828), Takeru Ogasawara your の Itsuo [1] of the Echizen Katsuyama feudal lord for civil administration 11 years, and it was an adopted child of Kawakatsu Sakyo [2] of the direct feudatory of a shogun in (1851) for Kaei era four years. It was expression of the eye from the part of the shogunate's guards and drill hall gunnery professors appearance by recommendation of Tadamasa Oguri (1862) on April 8 for Bunkyu two years, and it was in a calculation prefect place near a kitchen on July 5, the same year. I was appointed on intercalary August 3 in the same year by a governmental affair reform commissioner [3] and held the posts of a calculation prefect. A military magistrate became the same level as Bunkyu three years (1863) on August 14, but became a group (1864) on August 19 in the Motoharu first year. Nagasaki prefect became the same level as 1865 (1865) on July 10, but stopped a job on the last day of the month in July of the year (gathering). On November 26, the same year, I became a superintendent of daimyo and served Kyoto filling. I was in charge of the part of staff officer of the Choshu subjugation with Tomotaka Takigawa. I inherited birthright (2,570 石余 in Tanba) of step father Sakyo (1867) on April 7 in 1867 and became the same level as the second highest official of the Tokugawa Shogunate government on June 17, the same year. I took part in the allegiance group (1868) on 23rd for New Year holidays in 1868 and advanced to the second highest official of the Tokugawa Shogunate government and made an effort for Edo-jo Castle nothing blood surrender with Kaishu Katsu, Ichio Okubo and others.

After the Meiji Restoration, I acted as Tokyo prefecture councillor with Ichio Okubo Tokyo prefectural governor from (1873) in 1873. I am given the honor that the wide luck (Tokyo prefectural governor power of attorney councillor) leads the 四頭立 ての carriage which the Emperor Meiji got into on the day of the railroad opening ceremony between Shimbashi, Yokohama by mounting a horse (1872) on September 12 in 1872 [4]. In addition, I drank green tea of medium quality from youth and claimed 蓬仙 (I boil one). Becomes the hand of the wide luck (1967) in "蓬仙茶話, tea set" 1867 known as a commentary book of the tea set. Oneself likes Chinese tea, and it is said that I had a quite a few influence on the Edo (Tokyo) green tea of medium quality world. I died at 48 years old (1875) on June 29 in 1875.
