The national emblem (body of Georgia occurs) of Georgia was approved on October 1, 2004 and was established in 2005 [1]. It is based on the crest of the person of ムフラニ where a part of the design descends from Georgian royal families ( ).

Summary
Two lions of the ろ foothold are drawn as a supporter of the shields after the left, and there is the crown of golden Georgian royal families on the shield [1]. This crown expresses sovereignty of Georgia [1]. The color of shield in itself is red, and, on a horse, silver Saint Georgius stamping the dragon which a head is shot with a spear, and crawls on the ground is described [1]. This expressed tradition (dragon extermination of Saint Georgius) derived from the name of a country [1].
It is a black Georgian letter on ribbon of the white, and, under the shield, a motto called "power or (Dzala Ertobashia, Georgian :ძალაერთობაშია) is written for the solidarity" [1].
Former national emblem
- This national emblem was used in the Georgia Democratic Republic which existed from 1918 through 1921. Georgius who is a Georgian patron saint is drawn, but there is the opinion of the equal distinction to be a net orchid symbolizing Georgia in conflict with Russian Empire for freedom. It revived as a national emblem in 1991 and was used until 2004.
