The inspector (しどうしゅじ) is placed as (law Article 19 Clause 1, Clause 2 about the organization of the local educational administration and the administration), the expert education staff in the public educational personnel exception method on the expert staff employed in the metropolis and districts and the Board of Education of cities, towns and villages.
